We have a native thread watcher now! It's meant to replace the old notifications webhook server on Dicksword we once had. You can choose what you want to recieve notifications for from [Settings] at top right, where the button for thread watcher is also located at - it also changes its color depending on activity: green for any new replies in watched threads, red if any of those replies is quotelinking your post.
